Here’s the skinny. (psst…please pass this on to your teammates)
-I’ll be around all day cleaning up the campground, straightening the house and picking up the keg, so you're welcome to come by whenever.
-At 7:00pm I’m going to head over to Bicycle Sports (the shop that I work at) to check out this weeks outdoor, bike-in movie ‘Quicksilver’. The show starts at 7:15 and should run until about 8:45.
-After the show I’ll be heading back to the house to tap the keg and get the party started.
-Everyone is welcome to one or the other or both.
-The ride/race will start at 8:30am and will leave from the High School in Spring Valley (the start/finish from May). I’ll be parking downtown and hitting up the Spring Valley Bakery beforehand and I would encourage everyone to do the same. Just make sure you park on the street someplace and get over to the High School by 8:20am.
-I will have a notebook for each team to sign in. We will all start with the same time.
-When your team returns, just sign back into the book and note your time. Remember, the official time is that when your final teammate returns.
-Also, if it strikes your fancy, drop by the A&W for a treat on the way out of town. Kathy and her husband (the owners) have been incredibly instrumental in getting the race to Spring Valley and making it such a success.
-Share the love.

p.s. Please try and carpool when possible and remember to be polite and considerate when traveling in and out of Spring Valley. The people there have welcomed us with open arms and it would be a real shame to blow it now.
