The website has been updated. The new information includes rules and route specifics. Let me know what you think. Some have asked about an entry fee. THIS EVENT IS FREE TO ENTER (that's right, free), but please keep in mind that all of the human efforts being put into this event are on a volunteer basis, so should you at any point feel the need to donate to myself or my organizing partner, neither of us will stand in your way. Peace.

I am looking at mapping the route again this weekend possibly. I am curious to know what the interest in gravel is. I am certain I would like to see it at 50% or more, but would like some feedback from anyone who might be interested. More or less gravel is the question? Keep in my the whole thing is pretty flat. Comments?

Here is a link to the current Almanzo 100 route. The first third of this race is nearly all gravel while the majority of the rest is on old county roads. This final two-thirds of this route will change significantly as more gravel will be added in place of the county roads, but hopefully this will give you an idea of what is in store.
